Login to your cPanel Control Panel and choose "Backup Wizard" and follow the prompts or choose "Backups" from the system menu. Click the "Daily" button. This will allow you to download a compressed version of your account, including your website, database and emails.
There are also several other options on this page including creating a new backup and downloading your MySQL databases.
