To setup a email box (POP or IMAP) you need to login into your hosting control panel (http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel) and then go to mail -> manage/add/remove email accounts -> Add Accounts.
Here you can create an email account and also automatically configure Outlook Express.
Email settings for your email client are as follows:
- POP/IMAP INCOMING SERVER: mail.YourDomainName.com
- OUTGOING SMTP SERVER: mail.YourDomainName.com
- USERNAME: username for that email account (usually user@YourDomainName.com)
- PASSWORD: password for that email account
- SMTP Authentication should be enabled (Sometimes referred to as outgoing email authentication) and you should user the same username and password as you do to receive email on the account.
WEBMAIL: www.YourDomainName.com/webmail
