I can't seem to login to my hosting control panel/email/webmail, why? Print

If you are trying to login to any of our services such as the hosting control panel, an email account or webmail and you are finding that you login is being rejected then please double check that you are using the correct details.

You login details for the billing section of our site should only be used for access to this area and cannot be used for anything else.

Your cPanel login details are emailed to you when your account is setup. These can also be viewed in your billing area on our site.

Email, webmail and FTP details are available once you have logged into your cPanel control panel.

Please Note: When using any email accounts you have setup you must use your full email address as the username for the account. This also applies when logging in via webmail.

 

Important: If you try to login to any of our services (apart from billing) and authentication fails more than 5 times your connection will be blocked from our servers. If this happens you will have to raise a support ticket containing your cpanel or billing area username, the invoice number of the services you are currently paying for or the postcode you used to register with us (for security) and the service your are having problems logging in to. If possible please also supply the IP address of you internet connection. We will then be able to unblock you from our servers and assist you with correcting the login problem.
